My Visit to AR Workshop Maple Valley

Hello, everyone! As you already know, my name is Ganka LeCompte and I am a Realtor® based in Maple Valley, WA. As your trusted Realtor® I am dedicated to keeping up with the current trends in the real estate industry and everything that has to do with making me a better advisor and confidant to my clients during the process of buying or selling a home. Of course, my area of expertise stretches out much farther than the Maple Valley boundaries, but this is where my family calls home and this is the community I love. So, I have decided to make a concentrated effort to get to know it even better.

Having said that, I have decided to start writing a (hopefully) weekly blog to tell you about all the new trends in real estate and about my experiences within our wonderful community. Why would I ever do that, you may ask? It’s because I care!
So here it goes!

This week I had the pleasure to attend a Realtor® open house at one of the newest additions to the small business community in Maple Valley – AR Workshop in the new Enclave development of Four Corners. I was able to go to their Grand Opening event in the beginning of September and, I tell you, it looked like the whole South Puget Sound did too! The line to get in was literally around the block!

For those of you that are not familiar with AR Workshop, DIY workshop to create on-trend home décor from raw materials – wood signs, canvas pillows, wood framed signs, bottle openers and more! AR Workshop Maple Valley is owned by Brandi and Rachel- two wives, mothers, and successful business women. AR Workshop Maple Valley is the epitome of a family business. Expect to see their husbands working around the shop and their children helping where they can.

Their creations are beautiful, and now they even offer closing gifts to real estate agents. I am so glad I got to know Brandi and Rachel a little bit, as I will be happy to use their services in the future. I think they filled a much-needed home décor and craftsmanship niche in the area, and I wish them best of luck with their new venture!
